image Full of roaches, water is off 3 or 4 times every month, cant have anything in your patio!!. However they never do anything when you ask them for maintenance. I ask them to fix the washing machine, since we moved here. I guess they have been pretty busy for the last 8 months.

image Me and my wife lived here for going on 3 years and moved out recently because all the issues became too much. Since moving into Onix the water has been out every other week and when you are working from home and t makes your day very difficult. The worst part is there is no heads up you will just be without water for half the day and I know its an emergency but its a new one every other week.
Besides that if you dont mind having the laundry room door always open, broken, or just missing the lock completely and dont mind people sleeping in there and possibly using the restroom in there. So always give the dryers a smell check first.
I do not recommend.

We moved in February, from thinking it will be $1235 and end up being $1488, out of this $253 is $200 only in hidden fees, you will pay for things that you shouldn't pay like you have to pay because they have somebody picking the trash by your door (valet trash fee) and you can't opt-out, the remodeling apartments or update it is a joke, and homeless living in the gym making it hard to go at 5:20am because I don't know if they are high or violent and is no security around ever, is at least 4 different homeless.

things are getting worse in this apartment, no hot water for almost 3 weeks in the morning, after noon and night, my dryer is still not fixed after 1 month that I put my maintenance request, costumer service is the worst, water problems at least 4 times a week, no water not just one day but a lot of them and they send the notice emails exactly at 5:31pm, if you rent after you read this review don't cry or complain because you already knew about this, you will end up writing a review like me just because you didn't believe the reviews just like me

ok I got a message from ONNIX owner if you can see below, the problem is the "Owner" is telling me to call them but when I called, is to costumer service "front office", I was told that I still have to pay those $200 in hidden fees (they can't do anything about it) and that my dryer it is still in pending that I have to wait for maintenance to resolve this issue (they are aware of this problem), probably was an automated message (do they really care or not?)

Its the worst apartments, you can't even go to the gym without finding homeless people living there, they sleep, take a shower and eat there, this is almost everyday or at least every other day that is when I go to the gym in the mornings, I can't even use the gym because I don't know if they are on drugs or crazy, kind of scary and I never ever seen security people, I looked for them and nothing, I called to the number and they don't answer because is only from 6pm to 5am.

image STAY AWAY, DON'T MOVE HERE.
We have lived in this complex for a year and months, first we lived in an apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, WE HAD ROACHES MOST OF THE TIME they said it was our fault. We decided to give them a second chance and move to an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, IT HAS BEEN THE WORST DECISION, SINCE DAY 1 we reported roaches in the apartment, just before we move and so far they can not solve the problem, the man of the pests goes at times where there is no one in the apartment and they do not want to enter because there are TWO PUGS DOGS who are friendly and therefore have not done anything with that problem. We can't stop working one day to take the visit of the pest man because we have to pay rent, the manager does not cooperate with us so that someone from maintenance will have the door and be with the pest man while he does the inspection. My son suffers from allergies and it is a constant problem to be disinfecting everything in my house for fear that the cockroaches have touched him.
We are thinking of taking legal action since this is a mockery for the high rental costs

The problem of cockroaches was never solved, they stopped coming to fumigate. And the problem continues.
The washing machine never worked, we paid for a two-bedroom apartment, two bathrooms and a washing machine which never worked and the new washing machines never arrived.
We spent 4 weeks with cold water because they couldn't find the problem of why there was no water. And the rent came the same, my husband went to ask if they were going to make any discount or something because of the inconveniences and they said that they did not see any inconvenience.
NOBODY RECOMMENDS THIS PLACE.
*** UPDATE ABOUT FROM ONNIX'S ANSWER***
My husband has been going consecutively to his office and the answers of his staff are always the same. They say that they give us a credit of 50 dlls for the lack of a washing machine which is not even enough for the number of washing machines we use with a 1-year-old baby and they never give us the credit. And about the cockroach plague their answer 3 weeks ago was that they were going to come to evaluate, when they had already come 3 days before, in the office no one knows anything and no one solves anything for you.

image Most likely the worst place in Tempe that a person can rent an apartment from. Besides the incessant issues with no water, dog droppings, insane amount of never ending fees associated with renting the apartment down to every lightbulb used in the common areas and every blade cut on the grass - they will charge you for anything and everything they can and the list of fees is never ending adding hundreds of dollars to your rent that was undisclosed. They charge you for trash pick up and then don't ensure that the company is actually picking up the trash. The rent is extremely high yet the demographic living here is section 8 or from other countries which is likely why they nickle and dime and could care less about catering to tenants that can actually afford to pay the rent they are asking. I could go on and on about the terrible management of the complex and the predatory behavior of their leasing practices but I trust you have the point. Do not rent here, you'll regret signing the lease.
