Extremely bad management. Very rude manager. Avoid the place. DO NOT STAY HERE The manager lady is the rudest person I have ever met in my whole life. She caused lots of troubles but when we brought up the issues she would just ignored and defended aggressively. And other staff would just defend her despite all the frustrations we experienced. They always blamed residents instead of reflecting on themselves. I finally figured out the best way is to just move out and never see that person. It's a torture to deal with such a manager without any compassion and empathy

I lived there for slightly over one year between 2019 and 2020. The only thing I liked about it was the proximity to the ASU campus. I can share several reasons to avoid this apartment complex. As many other reviewers have said, the property manager (Leticia as the manager) was very rude, the leasing office has tens of reasons to charge you. I was once billed for a $100 fine just because our unit was connected one day after I moved in. They charge like $30 for a burner and ~$80 for a tap faucet due to aging. It was a mental torture to deal with the leasing office. Avoid this place for getting yourself into trouble.

Rude and Racist leasing manager. Made my application process difficult. Asked to pay for application fees first and then told me I dont qualify for the apartment. Never got my money back.
