I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. While the place looks good on the surface, it is falling apart and it is only 2 years old. There is no security, homelss people are roaming the halls, your car will get damaged. The maintenance is rude. Repairs take forever. Check out Sol Y Luna. You can live there for less, and they are great.

This place is absolutely infested with roaches. In the outlets, the fridge, the pantry, the smoke detector, under appliances, they are EVERYWHERE. If you complain enough, management will put you on their list to get bug bombed weekly. The extermination efforts do basically nothing, and it’s a pretty bad sign when there’re so many bugs that there’s a weekly extermination list to get on at all. As a tenant you have rights to basic health and safety. A roach infestation is completely in violation of those rights!!

The rooms are pretty big, but other than that they have nothing good to offer. The place is not gated, have no security. Feels very unsafe at times as everyone has an easy access to the staircase. The management is not very helping. Recently, they stoped paying to the pest control people but still charge us for the same. There have been days where they turned the water and also the AC down for two days in a go. They might entice you with the pool (because that's all they have) but being a resident is not fun here.
