Office has been doing alot better recently. Upstairs neighbors is a huge problem still. Can never sleep. Have to stay at another familys house sometimes due to the noise and dogs barking and screaming and fighting at 1 a.m

Do not move here! It's way overpriced! The amenities are constantly broken. Laundry facilities have been closed for over a month now, the pool has been closed for more than 3 years and even before then, it was always filthy. Last summer, it took them 3 weeks to fix my AC, they couldnt even provide me with a fan. Very poor management and maintainance.

Lake along apartments nasty an black at the bottom..... currently been shut off since November..... it's February now... I'm guessing their gonna paint it white . Literally ppl move 5 days later it's a new neighbor...... apartments poorly cleaned. Thrown together my unit doesn't even have a drawer in the kitchen. My bathroom drawer is missing the bottom which keeps things from falling right through. Mildew in my floor in restroom since I moved in . They asked for pictures but did nothing about it. Office changes fees, and dates just to charge more. I cannot wait till my lease is up April end of month!!!!! Not more paying 1262.50 on a 1bd 1 bth half a kitchen lol. And no English speaking management. Lol every time u speak with someone u need to have it recorded they become veery delusional and get real forgetful of yal conversations. Be careful. Place also has HOA HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. SMDHHH WORRY ABOUT UR BALCONY FURNITURE DEBREE ANY AND EVERYTHING.

Not as kept up as of used to be but yeah its a little overcharged for the lack of care they don't even have the pool fixed or heated same with the jacuzzi... And no patio furniture on the 5th. Floor where there is a patio. Also the elevators are always disgusting. If you ask me this place is overpriced and has gone downhill from how it used to be.
