Only been here two weeks and Im loving every minute. Adrian is lots of help and very pleasant to have as a community manager. 10/10 would recommend The Hudson!

Adrian was absolutely amazing with helping us find a place for our daughter. When it was time to move in Adrian went over all the details with us and help us with any issues that we came across. Patrick help to insure that our HVAC was in working properly he also helped us install a temporary AC unit during the intense heat wave just to make sure that we were able to stay at a comfortable temperature. We had a really easygoing process from start to finish and would highly recommend Hudson On Farmer to any prospective tenants.

Most informative review I believe.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. Overall the location, floor plan, cleanliness, basically everything is great. The price is in a decent range compared to other properties in the same area. Honestly, I am really glad to had lived here for the past 2 years.
Location: close to campus if you are a student, whole food is next door, can walk to AMC and Mill Ave with plenty of dining options, 3 mins to Tempe town lake.
Floor plan: I live in A2 (780sqft) if my memory serves me correctly. Open space dining and living room, pretty standard. Able to put extra working desk for remote work.
Cleanliness: great common area maintenance and cleanliness.
View: This really depends on the floor and which unit it is. I am on top floor facing South. Great view. Facing west will have the best City view while facing east will have no view (another apartment building).
Noise: sound proof window definitely helps when facing University Dr. I would say its pretty quiet when the windows are closed. There is a railroad between the apartment building and another building on the east side. Unit facing east might be more noisy when the train comes. (Farmer market on the south recently has bar open, could heard music during weekend midnight, but its not this propertys fault of course, if too noisy can always call the police)
Price: All these factors reflect on price differences when it comes to specific units, but I will say this is 100% great deal.
Only a few thing might be considered:
1. Pool area had closed several times for some reasons I forgot.
2. Parking space is 175 if you want a designated one and close to the elevator. 150 for designated I think. But I had experienced other people parking at my space.
3. Door lock: there is a app control main gate, parking garage gate, unit door, and 6th floor only if taking elevator. Sometimes it doesnt work or connect slowly when it comes to garage and elevator. But not a huge issue.
