I Absolutely Luv Liv!!! Thank you for everything! I have worked for Liv Communities for over 3 years now, and i could not be happier! From the top all the way to the bottom, I see everyone doing their best to act with only love in mind. Thank you for everything and i can not wait to see Liv continue to grow! :)

Up until 1.5 months ago you would have found me raving about this company for the last year and a half. I loved the staff. Maintenance and even the property I lived at. Until I learned about the way they do business. They build properties WOW you with the amenities and events until they dont. December 1st I woke up and came outside to see all Liv signage gone and signs on our doors that they have sold us to another investor. no warning. Then all of the staff were gone. I leave this review on Liv because its basically all deceiving. They deceive you to all of these amazing things that way once their complex is nice and full they can sell it for top dollar along with all of our leases Its so disappointing. They didnt even sell us to a good company its a hot mess over here and im stuck on this property for another 7 months because of what Liv scammed me on. Or I can pay $3500 to leave. Thanks Liv.

I recently moved out of your Liv North Valley location and at the time of my move out I asked for a walk through which never happened. The evening of my moving out I went to the office to hand in my keys, etc. and told them it never happened. They blew me off. After my move I received an email from century link regarding the receiver box and how I needed to return it. I called the office and was advised that I didnt need to worry about it and that they have a bulk contract with them, century link. Today I get another email from them stating I have 5 days to return it or they will charge me $150. Upon century link and myself speaking to the office it was advised that they only keep the equipment for 14 days and then they throw it away. WOW. That surprised me as its not your equipment to do that. You would also think that they would contact the previous occupants and say something. I heard nothing from them. The office staff is run by a bunch of millennials that could care less and if you did a survey others would say the same thing. Im now out $150 because of inaccurate information provided to me by your staff. I will not recommend your establishment as a place to live.
