    As everyone knows apartment hunting can be stressful and sometimes not even fun. I would like to say that that was not the case on this occasion I was extremely impressed. And I would like to share my testimony on my experience when viewing an apartment at Tides at South Mill. The staff was friendly and very informative and for once I truly felt like I was being helped. They thoroughly explained the application process and answered all of my questions even when I felt like I was asking too many questions. I am truly thankful and grateful to have had such an amazing experience.

    This place has gone through so many managers, i don't even know who to address this to. I am forwarding this message here because who ever Avery is has been ignoring all my emails and texts. She sends multiple texts stating new fees have been added to my account-AFTER RENT WAS ALREADY PAID ON TIME. Oh, but when I asked what the fees were for, she said for not paying rent on time. THAT IS A LIE. if your office processed the check late, that is on YOU. I am now wondering how many times your office has added incorrect fees to my rent. On Tuesday 2/6/24 , Avery said she was going to update me soon because i told her we brought the check on time. It is now almost two weeks after and she has ignored all my texts and has not removed the incorrect late fees. She is very fast at texting me about balances "due" but when she's told those fees are wrong, then all my questions/texts go answered. What kind of management is this? What a joke! I need the late fees to be removed from my account. Rent was paid fully and ON TIME. Knowing this place, your office will easily add that fee to the next month's rent if this doesn't get resolved now. How is this even legal? You just add fees and people pay them because you never get back to us about incorrect fees??? I am asking for the $96.71 to be removed from my account and i will be reviewing any other fees that may have been added incorrectly. Do better!

    This review is on behalf of my boyfriend. He has lived here since May 2023. This apartment complex has gone through so many management changes that its hard to keep track anymore, but it is easy to understand why so many management changes. He has filed maintenance requests online (they always ignore) and has gone to the office for said requests. Each time he files a maintenance request for his main bathroom, they choose to do NOTHING about it and just blame it on having new management. They have made promises but have failed to deliver each time. They even made him sign a waiver on multiple occasions to have the same outcome - no assistance. He ultimately just gave up and stopped using this bathroom completely back in August in fear of getting charged some sort of fee for this bathroom that was a wreck since he moved in. He only uses the guest bathroom to avoid making the tub look worse and getting blamed for it. This complex is in the worst area and do not recommend living here. Its cheap but you will get what you pay for. Cabinets are falling apart. Worst lighting. The design concept is just unbelievable. They keep the exterior looking clean just to get more tenants in. I feel unsafe every time I visit. He tried breaking the lease, but they charge an insane amount - it was better off for him to finish off the lease than terminate it beforehand.
