0 stars if possible. Currently living here. Problems with upstairs neighbors blaring music and stomping on floor constantly. Can't have windows or sliding door open because their cigarette smoke wafts in. New management Cornerstone has taken over almost a year ago, and still refuses to do anything about them. We have video evidence of parties, excessive noise, noise complaints filed by the police (who also refuse to do anything) but they are still miraculously here. What's more now my family has a harassment claim against us because we complained so much with no action on managements part. Nevermind the 6+ documented official complaints we have sent them. They don't care about their tenants, they don't care about you. Don't come here. .

I have lived here almost 4 years, I have had my downstairs neighbor that makes racist comments to my daughter. And other things that we have had to deal with. I talk with management about moving in away from this very unhappy man. Anytime I have need they have fix it. They are very caring about people safety. And we are very happy where we are not. Thank you management.

Miriam is a very proffesional Regional Manager and very nice and very helpful person. I have lived at Granada Lakes for over a year and things have gone well for me.
