What an experience! Everyone was extremely helpful (Barb L), the store was clean and organized and all the staff seemed to be on a mission to help you! My wife and I really enjoyed chatting with the employees and hearing their advice about certain deals or products that were available while trying on clothes. It's tough honestly to find good customer service anymore at a retail store, but it's nice to know some places still have it! Thanks Kierland store, keep it up! We will be back!

The store is well kept, but the staff is clearly more focused on avoiding you and cleaning than helping you. I was there shopping for a work event, and no one said hello to me, told me specials, or even started a fitting room. When I was in the fitting room, no one came to assist me, even when I left to go find an additional size. If I didn't need to purchase something for work, I wouldn't have bought anything at all.

won't be shopping online at this store. BEWARE, they charge you shipping to return an item! Bought a blouse on sale, didn't fit right, $8.95 to ship back! Ridiculous, would only get $15 back so decided to donate it, not worth it. Lost my business, will only be online shopping at places like Nordstrom, Macy's and Amazon which all have free returns!
