Went here recently looking for some new dress pants, I was pleasantly surprised with the options I found & how well they fit! Both Chris and Darcy were so nice and helpful, they also helped me find a pair of jeans online in a different size. I ended up getting the Ann Taylor credit card while I was there & received some GREAT discounts. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this store!!

Ive shopped this store for years, but the service has really taken a nose dive and I wont be going back. Was completely ignored last time I went in, staff made me feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable. I took the time to share my thoughts with corporate and got a bland useless response, so clearly they dont care either. Too bad, used to be a solid place to get all my work attire.

I went to this store today and was helped by Chris. It was a delightful time, and I am so pleased.
Recently my boss encouraged me to begin reimagining my work wardrobe; Id been wearing a pretty boring uniform that didnt fit me well. After doing some looking around online I decided to try this store.
For more context, I am male presenting and have a beard. Im not exactly your standard Ann Taylor customer.
Chris immediately made me feel at ease. She was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She helped me get my size right (turns out Ive slimmed down recently!) and helped me chew on decisions around style and color.
When I entered the store I thought Id get one pair of pants and one shirt. Ended up leaving with two pant suits and two pairs of gorgeous pants.
Chris, thank you so much. I was anxious about this trip, but I feel so empowered from the encouragement you provided during my visit. Im looking forward to shopping with you again :)
