Dear Gigi,I came across your review of our business, and while is understand you disappointment, I appreciate your feedback. We believe honest feedback is an invaluable tool for growth. We take great pride in delivering exceptional service to all our customers, and am happy to address the points you raised. As stated on both your receipt, verbally, and on the purchase counter sign, we will happily accept a return for exchange or store credit within ten days. However, no exchanges are given on worn, laundered, altered, or sale merchandise. The linen top you brought in was without tags (you brought 2 loose tags that did not belong to this top), the top had been worn with a remaining stain on the collar, and had been laundered to where it had shrunk, was wrinkled, and whose shape was entirely compromised. The condition of the shirt brought in was altered to a point that when I showed you a brand new linen shirt you didn’t think it was the same item. The fabrics were entirely the same, however a natural fabric like linen can shrink and change shape when laundered in too high a temperature. Tumble-drying linen on high heat will not only cause the fabric to shrink but will also break its natural fibers altogether.
