UPDATE: Truck is sold. Lost $7,000 of value in 5 months of ownership with Unique trucks These are upgrades that had to be done. My $60,000 truck I purchased from Unique Trucks doesnt not drive like a $60,000 truck. The PDR on this truck is bad UPDATE: Upgrades, Tire balancing and new wheels. Truck will still not ride smooth down the road. Maybe a new set of tires to help this truck drive how it should. I regret my purchase from Unique Trucks. Upgraded to Thuren Track Bar, Thuren Coils with Fox 2.0 shocks. King steering stabilizer and Black Rhino Arsenal 17x9.5 -18mm wheels. UPDATE: Trucks thermostat went out after one month of ownership. 39K miles. The front end suspension is sloppy and will need to be upgraded soon. Steering Stabilizer was shot. The shock will not rebound at all. Track bar upgraded as well. New shocks all around coming soon, well test them upon removal if theyre in good shape or not. Borderline lemon from Unique Trucks. Thanks to wait times at the dealership I am fixing the truck on my own dime putting upgraded equipment on the truck. Loud metallic rattle sound that can not be found. Probably the catalytic converter. UPDATE: This case is closed but doesnt mean I can not warn potential buyers of a mistake they could be making. I've owned this truck for over a month now and I've discovered some more items that should have been perfect when sold. The roof was never waxed, it felt like sand paper. The back sliding window had zero lube on it and i also had to touch up the passenger side window as well. As i was lubing the windows the control module for the window switches on the driver side door came right out. I've used and cleaned my truck bed many times now and I still cant step in the bed of my truck without slipping and sliding up there and once im back on the ground. please be cautious purchasing a new vehicle from Unique Trucks and if you do I would suggest a PPI even though its coming from a dealership. UPDATE: Crossed my mind when I purchased but was sold a truck with only one key. I also purchased the 7 year warranty they recommend, thinking it would be great to back myself up down the road. If you google the company that they chose for warrantys on their trucks youll get hits for Better Business Bureau. The BBB advises you use caution when doing business with them. UPDATE: Unique trucks reached out and was able to accomadate my schedule and give me a courtsey vehcile while they fixed my truck and replaced the windshield. ORIGINAL: I recently purchased a Power Wagon and I'll say everything was not as "perfect" as the perfect trucks, Unique Trucks says they have. The sales people and maintenance team are good people but the business they're standing behind is dishonest and lacks pride in their work. My truck had a few issues to begin with. The air filter cone was just resting in the airbox, a chip in the windshield that makes you crossed eyed, bad wiper blades, dust boot disconnected in engine bay, a burnt out marker light and a truck that needs an alignment. They offered to fix my truck on a Monday. I brought the truck in and was told over the phone they had finished the alignment and the glass guy will finish that night or in the morning. The next day I give them a call and it sounds like they have the truck aligned, glass fixed and just a few small items to address and I could get my truck. Bright and early Monday to Tuesday afternoon was too long for a truck that should have been perfect when it left the parking lot after being sold so I showed up at the maintenance shop to find out that the glass chip was not repaired and unsure if they checked the alignment while everything else was not addressed other than the wiper blades. I bought this truck so I could work and travel to different cities as needed for work. I cant let my truck that I paid way too much for, sit in a shop because they did not get the job done right the first time. I would reccomend Unique Trucks if youre looking for a second vehcile for a weekend joyride but not an actual truck you plan to use.

This was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle! Normally I could say this is the thing I hate doing the most in the world!!! We walked in on referral of a friend and feel like we made a whole new group of friends! They were all absolutely fantastic! Not only did they have the exact truck I wanted (and was the first one they showed me, proving they listened to exactly what I wanted) the whole deal was completed and done within an hour and a half and we drove off in our new truck! Cant recommend these guys highly enough! If you need a truck this is the ONLY place to shop!!
