Awful communication. I was sold an unsafe car (incorrect battery and battery not mounted down as well as issues with automatic breaking system resulting in my car to flash all lights, stop moving and needing to restart the car all while its in drive). Brought the car back and their mechanic was supposed to fix the issues occurring with the car. The issues continued as well as the mechanic didnt complete all that was supposed to be done. I was moving to CT that week so I can no longer go back to them to get what was supposed to be fixed, fixed. I was promised that they would pay for a mechanic in CT to fix the issues and they are no longer answering me.

Joel at Lapin has been absolutely awesome in helping me purchase a car, I recently purchased a c63 amg from Lapin out of state and Joel went above and beyond sharing tons and tons of pictures/ videos of the car. He was always available to answer any of my questions / concerns. The process was quick and painless, no hidden fees or any of that. They also took the car to a PPI shop for me without any hesitation, I had the car privately inspected to make sure it was in good condition. Overall I recommend these guys, speak to Joel specifically as youll very comfortable with him and the level of service hes delivers.

So, my husband and I found the perfect truck from this dealer! Called the dealer and spoke to Joel, he got right on top of the requirements to submit the application/required documents and was super sweet and honest! Then, the finance manager Dillon only took 45 mins to get us an approval with Ally Financial that included a good rate, zero down, $3500 for my husband's trade in, 5 year warranty bumper to bumper and a very affordable monthly payment! Dillon is very calm, respectful, patient and super nice! Then, we had the pleasure of meeting Freddy, Tyler, Anthony and Bailey! These young men are truly all amazing!
