Steer clear of this dealer for any service related needs. I took my 20 Crosstrek in for a simple Oil change and walked away paying over $150.00. How absurd! I specifically told the advisor I just wanted oil and filter change but they added windshield washer fluid service. Come to find out, they didnt even top it off, it was as empty as when I dropped it off. Autonation, its time to reassess your prices or risk losing more customers.

We arrived without an appointment and were second in line in the morning. Stephon greeted us and had our car in and out of service with a car wash in an hour and 15 minutes the service was awesome. Stephonwas awesome. The whole Subaru experience was 5
