        Ryan was great. Brought in a computer with corrupted hard drive. He was able to complete the data transfer with a lot of patience with the old hard drive and me to a new computer. I would recommend Asurion for any computer repairs. Sandra

        I was referred by Samsung support due to my Android Auto issue. Tech at shop told me he can't help me. He stated if physically damage the phone he may help me. Tech tried to push my T-Mobile samsung phone is really my New Car issue. He was Not helpful at all.
