        Everything was great except when I dropped off my laptop they didn't want my charging cord. Then they called me back a couple days later, and I had to drive my charging cord back over there. A fairly minor annoyance, but an extra 30 mile trip. My laptop's hard drive had died, and I have an Assurion warranty, and didn't have time to fix it myself. Their techs got the hard drive replaced and Windows reinstalled. It's working great now.

        Fixed my cracked phone glass in just 2 hours and did a deep cleaning for no charge thanks to a coupon Verizon had that I knew nothing about! The girl at the counter did and went the extra mile to add the service and the coupon to my order for me! You don't get customer service like this anymore. Thanks to all of you who helped me out this week!

        My dads phone went into recovery mode yesterday and we tried to fix it for about 5 hours. We werent even able to restore it to factory settings. We came in this morning and they were able to get it out of recovery mode without erasing any of the data! And it took only a couple minutes. Best services ever!
