        totally unprofessionals! I came with my (European) Google 7 Pro with a crack in the display. They had a new display in stock. I should return in 2hrs. Then they told me they called Google after (!) they had unmounted the broken display, but Google would not allow to replace this display with a US one (bad enough). Why did these stubborn people not cal Googke before - with the serial number ??? Fact is that I now have a worthless phone with a complete destroyed display. Amateurs... never more !

        Just went to UBreakIFix On North 7th street between Bell road and Greenway., Near the Verizon store and had a fantastic experience.. Joanna was such a godsend and so friendly and helpful in getting photos from my old phone to my new phone.That would not transfer because my old phone was dead. Thank you , Joanna , for your help and guidance, You made my day and your customer service was fantastic. Thank you to John who I called earlier as well.. Wishing you all and your families a happy Easter weekend..
