Last week I took my laptop to this company for repair. I spilled a margarita on my keyboard. I just need to clean it. I paid 80$. When I picked up my laptop, I discovered that several keys were working very poorly. I hoped that this would go away on its own in 1-2 days, but it didnt, the keyboard still doesnt work well. I wrote messages to their mobile number, emails and did not receive any response. No one has been telling me for a week now... I dont recommend these guys, theyll charge you 80 bucks, but they wont do their job well

Abigael B. was awesome friendly and professional, got my phone fixed in the said time. Electronics take time to fix don't go in thinking 30 minutes or less. Be patient. Can not say enough good things about abigael.

The owner of the store will rip you off by trying to sell you parts you don't need! I brought my laptop at Ubreakifix at 9340 W Northern Ave, Peoria, AZ, 85345 because the screen doesn't turn on. I was a walk-in on 4/1/24. They charged me 64.85$ for diagnostic/troubleshooting service. 2 days later, I went to the store to check what is going on with my laptop (I first called). They said that the battery doesn't work and it will cost 150$ to change it, and they have to fix the screen as well for 300$ more. I told them I am perfectly fine to use my laptop on a charger and don't want to replace the battery. I asked what the issue with the screen is - is it broken, is it a hardware problem, is it the graphic card, what is it? The owner responded to me that there is no way they will fix the screen without changing the battery or I won't get any warranty for it without explaining what the problem with the screen is. I asked what is the connection between the battery and the screen? Is the problem connects those both issues that both MUST be fixed? He responded "It has to be done or you will not get a warranty ". They were trying to blackmail me that if I change my laptop battery with them, they only then will do a diagnostic on my laptop, only then they will fix the screen of the laptop, and only then they will give me warranty?!?! What about the 65$ diagnostic? Those money are stolen, no document, no proof, nothing. This is a huge FRAUD!
