They deserve less than 1 star. From spelling my name incorrectly resulting in being lock out of my online account to refusing to increase my daily spending limit on my debit card without a multi day application...while I'm at the store confirming its me trying to make the transaction. All the while customer service, while not entirely incompetent, were incredibly rude.
In 6 months at US Bank I've had more issues here than I've had after decades with Bank of America. In fact, I've never had any issues with other financial institutions.

I've banked at this branch for about 7 years now. I've always had friendly, professional and efficient customer service and no issues. Even when I've gone in with what I consider somewhat tricky enquiries. They are also very responsive on the phone.
