Normally I have a positive experience at this location, however Chandler has helped me ship my packages the past two times and is extremely rude and unfriendly. They should consider getting someone else who is detail oriented and friendly.

This UPS store has gone downhill fast. Rude Service, lying to customers, bait and switch, and this list probably could go on! Avoid this location if you can! If it is still locally owned, I would hope the owner will correct the problem and reach out to all dissatisfied customer to make thing right!

Have done multiple Amazon returns in the past, where this store scanned the return shipping info from the Amazon app or email. And, when Ive printed my own label in the past, they threw it out and printed a new one. Now they want you to email the label to them, so they can charge $2 to print it out (or alternatively, they say bring your own label). So, on my return visit I bought the label, which they STILL didnt use - they printed their own label and attached to the package. Make up your mind, and stop with the ridiculous, inconsistent process and rip-off $2 fee for a label youre getting paid by UPS to print anyways. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: It does not appear that you actually read what I wrote. I DID bring the labels (with my already-packed and sealed return), and your staff threw out the label and ended up using their own. The one time I brought a barcode, your staff told me I needed to bring the label, or they could charge me $2 to print one. Again, when I bring my own labels, you throw them out and print your own at no charge. But when I bring a barcode, you charge for something that's free otherwise. Makes no sense.
