I made an appointment online and when I arrived the employee came from around back and before saying anything else she said this better be quick. I should have walked away right then and there as the customer service went down from there. They did not honor my appointment because she had to leave for a personal appointment. I will not be returning to this location for personal or business related reasons.

Don't go to this store, the lady wanted $1 for using little bit of tape. I took my package and went to a different store.

Horrible ups store always have problems.... charging 2$ for one strip of tape to seal a box for a return, can't print labels unless I pay 5$ other stores I email it to them and they'll print it for me, force you to pay every penny you can spend in their store.... go somewhere else or be prepared to just drop off a sealed taped package and run... Pack print and ship is amazing I use them for all my needs friendly reasonably priced just have to drive a little further.

I was charged $7 to use their computer for 12 minutes to print 3 pages. Every UPS store Ive been to will have me email them the pages and charge for the printing costs. I was then told that I didnt print it correctly with their computer even though I followed the directions. The manager then had me email the pages to her and print them off instead. I would choose another UPS store if you need to print anything!!
