The UPS Store

I have sent sensitive items out of this store, on multiple times in the last two experiences I have had only problems with my shipments. Today I work with the store manager who I thought would be some what more customer supportive however he was not at all. The amount of business he runs through this store I am sure errors are going to happen but to the same person who writes legible this is not exactly the company I want to be working with.

I walk-in and hear the guy cuss because I seem to have interrupted him. I said I need a small box to which he replied "Look around we have lots of boxes. Give me more information" in a very sharp sarcastic tone. Top-notch service

I have worked in mortgage for over 10 years now. I have stopped into this store multiple times before and have had nothing but good things to say, until today. I called ahead to see when their UPS person was there until, I had a package to drop off and needed it to go out today. I was told the UPS person was leaving at 5:15. I came to this store specifically because of this! I get there, wasn't even acknowledged for about 5 minutes after I walked in. This man was at his register, finally looks up as if he just saw me, asks how he can help me. I said " I have a drop off, I am glad your UPS person hasn't left". He told me that they have their packages all scanned in already. I said "...but he is still here?" He said "I am sorry, he can't." I dont know if this person was new but the store clerk wouldn't scan one more in - I have NEVER had this happen at any store I have ever been to. I will never come back to this one, they'd get zero stars if it was a thing!!

Slow, understaffed, standard Amazon returns here take way longer than any other ups location since there's always a line. Faster to drive to another location!

So slow. Every single time its at least 10-15 min wait with no more than 2 or 3 customers in there at a time
