I’ve been to this location twice, both times I was so stunned by the awful service. Terrible horribly rude employees. And the fees…outrageous! $3+ to print ONE label. Do not give them your business!

Called ahead of time to ask if they offered finger printing services and was told yes. Make the drive all the way there and told they don't offer ink fingerprinting services.

Wow...I can't get over the fact that I have given this store as many chances as I did. Please shut this place down or get new management. I was extremely clear that I needed to ship my multiple packages in a way that have me tracking numbers only to find out that the person processing them had no idea what they were doing. When I found out that they were not processed properly I simply wanted to get a refund due to the frustration and go elsewhere, but I was told that wasn't possible and that each package would need an additional $7-8 to get the tracking numbers I originally asked for. I was then mocked by the staff as I explained what happened to the manager who did absolutely nothing to help me and didn't even apologize. UPS...please...PLEASE audit this store and make the necessary changes so this part of the community can have the wonderful experience I've had at other locations of yours. Please!!!
