        Bad experience, bald guy with beard and glasses is rude. Never have I been in a UPS store and will def not return to this one. If I were to tell this guy one thing, it would be you are no better than anyone else, behaving this way makes you ugly

        Manager(bald, older man, Caucasian, wears glasses) tried to refuse my service. Because i greeted him and asked for the same in return. I didnt expect the conversation to go left as soon as i walked thru the door. The manager was very combative and cursed at me. Also advised me to get off the phone with my friend who over heard everything. And I had to act as the mature one to end the small dispute, he would've kept going. I appreciate him trying to fix the issue by not charging me for the print outs but you can't buy my respect back. I will be reporting you. I'd advise if you don't like your Job choose a different profession. God Bless
