The staff were so kind and helpful. My first time doing cold shipping and they made sure to answer all my questions, willing to explain things to me, and both so helpful and kind. If I lived in this area, this would be the only place Id go.

Sophie was such a wonderful help in what was a very difficult situation. My friend's mother passed away unexpectedly, and I needed help printing the funeral programs. Sophie was such a gem, helping me figure out how to size it appropriately, taking a last minute edit, and making sure the program looked beautiful. She realized how important this was for us and was incredibly detail oriented to make sure it looked right. Her coworker Mark was also very kind. Would highly recommend and hopefully I get to work with them again under better circumstances.

Because I couldn't get FedEx customer service to direct me to an agent, I ended up calling this store and speaking with Sophie. She was so so helpful. She told me exactly what next steps needed to happen and it saved me at least an hour of phone tag. Thank you, Sophie!

They were very helpful to get my poster printed for a conference. Sending a poster ahead of time by email for printing and picking it up is way easier than traveling with it.
