One person working and helping Workstations, full service printing and Federal Express counter. Extremely rude customer service - probably because she is alone with a line out the door at the holidays! Whomever manages this location should do better!

I do a fair share of printing for business and personal through this FedEx location. I appreciate the employees here, they have always been friendly, funny and quick to reprint/fix mishaps with prints.

Went to ship back a laptop back to work. They told me they had to mark it as broken or I would need to pay $30 for a laptop box. The company sent me my new laptop in this same box and it wasn't marked as broken when I received it. I don't appreciate FedEx trying to scam me. EDIT: I would like to note I went to another FedEx a mile down the road and they had no problem shipping my package. The lady behind the counter was just being difficult for no reason.
