Associated Asset Management (AAM, LLC)

Severe lack of integrity from the VP, down. AAM was not an advocate for our community and did not look out for our best interest. In the end AAM has been the worst thing that has happened to our community. Zero accountability and a complete lack of integrity.

Being a Realtor and rental owner for decades I was very familiar with AAM and how they consistently made the list of the Phoenix Business Journal's largest property management companies. As the president of my HOA the decision was made to move to AAM from our previous company which was doing an exceptionally poor job of managing our community. We were assigned to work with Katherine Yalda who is doing a fantastic job basically starting out our community management from scratch. She is hands on with every decision making process we have been involved with and has coordinated multiple vendor bids for both ongoing and future work that needs to be done. I would recommend AAM and Katherine Yalda for anyone looking for truly competent property management.
