        I have had a great experience with Paramount Properties. I have been here a little over 6 years and all of the staff have been great! Any maintenance issues I have had has been handled promptly. Even when I have been a couple days late paying rent, they work with you as long as you communicate with them. I recommend using Paramount Properties for your rental needs!

        We have just entered into our third lease with Paramount. We have always had a great experience from Heather to the maintenance team. Whenever we email or put in a work order the response is timely. The portal to pay rent is very convenient.

        Rented with them for over 5 years now. Since day 1 they have always been easy to contact and provided prompt service when things needed to be fixed. As my family grows I will continue to rent from them.

        Heather and Paramount have been great. We've worked with them for two years so far and they've been very responsive to any service issues. The overall experience has been awesome! We'd highly recommend Paramount Management for any future rentals.

        Do not rent from Paramount your security deposit will be stolen by blatant lies. They will charge you frivolously for things brought to their attention even in their yearly inspections that was previously damaged by prior tenants. Absolutely unfair what we received back. Never again nor would I recommend. Also their management disposition is horrendous.

      It is unfortunate when your move out doesn't yield the results you expected. However, I did send you all your move in condition reports that were matched up to the move out condition reports and anything that was notated as there at move in would not be assessed to you at move out. So, it is inaccurate to assert that you were charged for things that were there prior to your move in as that is the whole purpose of a move in condition report. Ultimately the only one in control of you receiving a full deposit refund is you, you determine that by the condition you return the home to the landlord in. It's just that simple and entirely in your hands. I am sorry you struggled with our deposit disposition document, it's a very simple form and we have never had anyone express the inability to read or understand it. We do wish you the best in any future rental situations.
