Paramount properties has been the management company for my rental and I must say they are NOT recommended they are not fair and honest with the renters or the home owners. Had a company they hired come replace my shower knob several times. It was never replaced only put a bandage on the problem and then force a charge on my account for having the company come out several times and never fixing the problem. I asked to speak to the landlord and I was told NO. If landlord knew what they are doing it would stop for sure. Im very disappointed that I was treated so unfair. Rosemary works in office had no care in the world to make this right she only forced more debt she wouldnt even listen to me only what the repair man she hired from LONG VALLEY Home improvement his name is Todd. Not recommended business !! Im hoping the landlord sees this and reaches out to make it right or I find his number that they refused to share with me. unfortunately do not have money for their repairs and replacements. Bad business practices here!!
