Moving in has been a negative experience due to various issues, such as difficulties in obtaining the keys and having to reschedule my move-in date, as well as dealing with a leak that required the removal of tiles and drywall. Despite these challenges, a thorough inspection should have been conducted, as I discovered several mistakes that could have been rectified. Additionally, the apartment did not appear to have been properly cleaned or prepared for occupancy, as evidenced by the presence of items left behind by previous tenants and signs of a cockroach infestation. As someone who works in the industry, I had higher expectations for this experience and was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, the pressure to secure the apartment quickly due to competition from other applicants only added to the stress of the situation. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration in order to improve the overall satisfaction of residents. Update Gabriela has gotten everything fixed in a timely manner. She is very pleasant and very helpful!
