You know the company is trash when employees have to rate it a 5 in order to get above the lower ratings, just ask Onosai Saolele, he's a employee but is commenting like he isn't.

Love the staff kind and generous. IPX taught me a lot about real estate investment answering my questions and always got back to me. The seminars that IPX have are educational and motivating. I can always rely on IPX for my real estate needs.

I should preface this review by saying this is my 1st internet review and I was motivated to share my experience. IPX definitely delivers investments faster and easier than expected. I am amazed at how smooth they process their transactions. the education and efficiency are second to none. not to mention the annualized returns have blown away my retirement accounts. they can even help you with conventional financing and lines of credit. I felt super at ease as they will walk you through their process step by step and answer all of your questions. thanks a million IPX! I feel like part of the family and I know you will be there for me from soup to nuts!
