We met Tony and Patricia quite by accident. My wife and I were out looking at homes and we happened to come upon an open house that they were showing. After walking through the house we engaged them in a few questions. What struck us was how easy it was to talk to them and how good they were at listening to our needs in finding a home. We knew from a recent past experience that if we were to actually find what we had been looking for, we would need some expertise from an experienced realtor who knew Phoenix and was willing to work with us. From that first day until closing on the house that checked all the boxes, neither one of them ever let us down. The valley that Phoenix sits in covers many, many miles yet they are aware of the nuances (good and not so good) of most neighborhoods. They were responsive to our questions and patient when we felt we needed to explore other areas from where we had been looking. Once we found what we had been looking for, they were equally attentive to the details of home buying from creating the right offer format, walking us through the closing process, to helping us find a trusted electrician to rectify an inspection issue. Emails came throughout any given day or evening and no questions ever went unanswered for more than a day. Looking for a home can be an exhausting process but Tony and Patricia worked with us as well as anyone could reasonably expect. We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending them to any prospective home buyer.

To this day, I am not sure how I met Tony but I am grateful that I did! I bought my first home during COVID Pandemic peak! Over the course of THREE YEARS Tony showed me home after home helping me understand the pros and cons along the way. I learned the hard way to trust his experience when I lost out on a home I really wanted because I offered too low. But we narrowed down the options and in the end, I came out with a home that is perfect for me!!! Tony was patient and resourceful. He introduced me to different lenders over the years until our team finally came together. His network of honest professionals made it easy to accomplish all of the inspections, the appraisal, negotiate with the title company and other various paperwork. Finally, as a young, single purchasing alone I never felt judged about my budget and he valued my preferences. Tony persevered with me even doing virtual showings and checking out properties when I was not able to. With my student loan debt and other special circumstances, I overcame every lending hurdle in the bookTony was calm and encouraging. I cannot say enough! I have absolutely no doubt that he would treat everyone the same.
