I will stop at no expense to steer people AWAY FROM this management groups properties. Their employees are RUDE and their properties are in a state of DISREPAIR. If you are looking for an apartment with INFESTATIONS, BROKEN APPLIANCES, CONSTANT AC ISSUES and FRAUDULENT FEES ON YOUR ACCOUNT, then maybe this is the right fit :) for me? Ill be zooming right past these HORROR HOMES!!!!!!!!!

My child lived at a high end RPM Living managed facility in Scottsdale for several years ending in May 2023. They never received their deposit back, despite leaving the apartment in pristine condition. Under Arizona law, this should have happened within 14 days. Landlords are required to refund the deposit or provide an accounting of why there are deduction within 14 days. Neither happened. Now, my child has to pursue a small claims action. Their attempts to get their deposit include calling directly, emailing, and getting an attorney to get involved. RPM Living would say they were mailing it, but would not follow up. If you are considering living in a RPM Living complex, beware. The business is headquartered in Austin and has a D+ score on the Better Business Bureau. Terrible unethical business.

Update::::: so after 3 long weeks yhe trash company finally came and picked up 90percent of the trash. Hope the rest gets delt with in a timly manner and also future trash collecting occurs in a timely manner. Orginal review::;;;;Health department issue 3weeks no trash pick up. Finally trash truck came today but kept going. All 4 locations in complex has two dumpsters and they all look like this. Next step is the health department. I have contacted this company many times through the messaging on your site.
