Updated review.
After few month of managing my place, amount of attention to the property was significantly reduced. They did not visit property regularly, did not check work on renovations, did not do background check on tenants. I ended up with half finished renovations and tenants with criminal records that did not pay rent.
After discovering all these fact I had to reduce my rating and post updated review
