Horrible lab. Terrible customer service. They never have paperwork from my doctor. It's a run around every time I need labwork. Their online patient portal is useless. Babysitting and hand holding with them accomplishes nothing!

My experience in the US has been that in hospitals or health related companies, human kindness is almost nonexistent. This lab has given me hope in humanity. The girl who helped me yesterday and who also drew my blood was the sweetest and nicest person I have encountered in years. I wish I had her name. She also collected my stools specimens this morning. I just want to say thank you for your smile and for treating me well and with kindness. I have recommended this place because of you. I hope I dont have to get blood drawn in a long time but if I have to come back, I will come back here. I hope you all never change ! Blessings :)
