ITEMS STOLEN FROM MY LOCKED VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS ON THE MAIN FRONT DRIVE OF HOTEL. The bellman staff immediately called security then tried to help me catch the theives (excellent bellman staff is the only reason I gave one star). Security team called me a liar to my face by saying " I do not believe your story and I think you are not telling the truth". Then security was very disrespectful to the female police officer. Security also told me there was no camera footage of the theft but later I found out the police officer was allowed to see camera footage of theft. So I have to wonder why did security call me a liar when they had video to prove I am telling the truth. Plenty of time has passed since this incident and Arizona Biltmore still refuses to give police investigator the security camera footage. Weeks later, I called to speak with hotel management and was promised a follow up call after they "look in to this matter" but management NEVER called me. I am very aware that theft can happen anywhere but THE ARIZONA BILTMORE REFUSAL TO COOPERATE WITH POLICE IS DISAPPOINTING. This place is beautiful with a great reputation but it appears they are trying to hide a theft problem (and possibly other problems). I recommend everyone AVOID ARIZONA BILTMORE IF THERE IS ANY OTHER OPTION because it is worth paying more money for a place that takes security seriously. . . . UPDATE : General Manager responded to this Google review by saying "Our Director of Security, Justin King, was able to resolve this and we took action against the party held responsible". THE GENERAL MANAGER'S RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW IS FILLED WITH FALSE STATEMENTS because I never received any correspondence of resolution and the police investigator never received any of the requested information from Biltmore. Today, I left my contact information on a voicemail for the general manager so she can provide me proof of the resolution statements she made during her Google response. I will continue to update this review until proof of resolution.
