Super 8 by Wyndham Phoenix West

This motel is terrible, located in a bad area of phx, rooms has strong smoke smell, bed cover had cigarrets holes burned, pillows are super thin and old, bed sheets are worn out, bath tub has lots of stains. We booked it by mistake and had nonother option sice Nascar event Phx hotels were booled. It was unpleascent experience. Do not recomend it at all.

Horrible customer service, my gf sleeps cold, so I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket, and was turned down. I was told that he could leave a note for housekeeping. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The covers on the bed are barely more than a sheet and have cigarette burns all over them. Safety: Extra sketchy. They even think so. They have 2 armed guards in with the overnight attendant.

I have been staying here off and on for about a year. They r by far the best in the area. Yea they area is not the greatest. The staff is awsome. Jose and his crew have always been kind to me n my family. Granted the prices have gone up but it's also that time of year where the rates go up... security are very nice and treat guest accordingly with respect. I read a review that complained about having 3 guards on the property, seriously? I see it as they r taking the measures to ensure the safety of the guest and it's staff. Idgaf wat anyone else says but find me a better hotel in this area for the price.....I'll wait.

How appalling to pay the amount we did and you call this a Wyndham such poor quality our sheets were threadbare and had paw prints the comforters had holes and the rooms smell like pot smoke Such a waste of money save your time and stay somewhere else this is NOT the quality of Wyndham The entire hotel is surrounded by safety gates
