Modern decor, complementary airport shuttle, good restaurant for breakfast. But happy hour begins & ends so early 3P-5P. Rooms are always very clean and cozy. Front desk staff isnt welcoming or very accommodating, they won't look up your Radisson Rewards number or schedule wake up calls. Which is so odd for a hotel. Booked a room with a represetative. I tokd hom of our needs. Our biggest priority was a 3a.m. shuttle to the airport. Was tokd they run every 30 minutes. GREAT! Not so much! Got to the hotel after waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at car rental return. Was told by that agent that the shuttle doesn't start until 4 a. m. After much conversation, he said the hotel woukd pay for a taxi. Guess who paid for the taxi! I did! The room was cleanish but poorly updated. Tub didn't drain. I told the attendent and she said, " did you call maintenance?" I paid $200.00 to sleep 2 1/2 hours and was in a bit of a time crunch. My aplogies! My first and only experience with Radisson was not impressive past the first phone call. Never again!

My daughter and I went on 3 day vacation from Columbus Ohio to Phoenix Arizona. When we arrived, we had reservation with a different hotel. Those arrangements, did not work out. It was 8am, as you know check in isn't till 3pm. After out plans fell through, we immediately called the Radisson. They not only had rooms available, they also let us check in as soon as we arrived.
The front desk staff were really amazing, made us feel safe and important. Also made our check in easy and fast, as we were tired from travel.
The room was very clean and neat. I was very impressed with the style and comfort of the room.
The hotel also provided breakfast and lunch. There was a bar for relaxing. And a heated pool.
There was also a shuttle bus available to the hotel and back to the airport for departure. Very very convenient.
Everything was amazing. The stay made our vacation extra great.
