        Got a call from a receptionist at 1AM with questions that something is wrong with my credit card, then someone just walked into the room using master key while we were sleeping. Unacceptable.

        This is a beautiful hotel in a horrible area. I tried to have security address an issue with loud drug abusers in the parking lot at 5am interrupting my sleep, but security never came. If this place took itself more seriously it could be a nice place. But since I called security for a legit issue and security never addressed it - they get 2/5.
