Walgreens - Closed

Doctor called in script over 4hrs and it's not even being worked on yet!!! Their hours are an absolute joke! They minus well just close the pharmacy down! What pharmacy is closed sat and sun and closes before 5 every day lol seriously what is the point! Obviously the pharmacist is not interested in doing the job!!!!

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Very rude pharmasict who had no clue what she was doing. Literally took me a couple days just to get my prescription filled that was written by my doctor because she kept saying she didn't get the order or because she needed to talk with my doctor about the prescription. I hope I never have to come back to this location

The manager he was so disrespectful and not polite. His not created to be manager I dont think he should be a manager being a manager is a high position and he cannot handle it because he was yelling at me and using very bad words cursed at me and he told me Im not going to see you at this location anymore I have been a customer for 6 years at this location and it was shocking to me the way his attitude was. I wish I could give it a zero.

I went to return a shampoo and I didnt have receipt of it the manager didnt accept it. After that the manager started yelling at me and cussed at me so I did the same I would give it a zero if I could and the workers dont know what they are doing they arent no help and are lazy.

Would leave zero stars if possible. I am really disappointed with this office. On October 19, I went in to get my third dose of a series for the GARDASIL 9 vaccine, I was told by the pharmacist, Allison, there was an issue with my insurance and they were not covering the third injection and I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I wanted it, I said it should be covered can you just give it to me and I will fight my insurance. She wouldn't give it to me. She stated she would look into it and try to get it resolved by the next day she would call me to let me know I could get the injection. I never received a phone call figured there was an issue with my insurance. I called my insurance on 10/25 they said the claim has been processed and billed to my account. I had to fly out of state for a family emergency due to a family member dying. Went into Walgreens when I got back into town to try to get the injection that they processed and billed me for on 10/19. The pharmacist stated she canceled that claim but I still show it on my insurance. She stated she would not give me the injection because the claim was canceled. My insurance is no longer reimbursing me for the third injection due to my birthday on October 27. I am now out the third injection or I will have to pay for it out-of-pocket which is over $300. My insurance stated that the third injection was ran twice in the same day is why it was not being approved on October 19. So thank you Allison, I am now not being properly vaccinated with my health possibly being compromised due to an error at this location. Please choose a different pharmacy for your healthcare needs.
