All great when I signed up and handed over my money. Customer service in the branch offices are great, I go to the one on 35th ave and peoria. The customer service when you call is a whole other deal. 1st off the hold times are VERY LONG! And add 1 more hour if you need card services.... yes an hour! Or more. Once you get a person from card services, watch out! So rude!!!! If you apply for a secure credit card like I did because I'm trying to re-establish my credit. Just know they tell you " In one year with a good payment record you can have an unsecured card" they forgot to tell me I need to apply for the unsecured card, they don't just offer it. I know I've been paying it off in full every month and I was declined. Now here's the best part..... you have to apply to get your own money back from them what! YES!!! STILL WAITING FOR MY $500. dollars. Oh and by the way don't apply for a loan because if you do not get approved no one will call u, and if you call them they will hang up on you when you ask questions, not to mention this is a hard inquiry onyour credit report just adding a little insult to injury. Changing banks soon.

Opened an account with this credit union and did not want overdraft protection but for some reason they keep allowing a particular withdrawal from occurring and charging me a large fee when another auto withdrawal gets denied the same day. I went in a few months back and expressed my dissatisfaction and they said they removed overdraft protection but I look at my account today and it's come out again when I was already negative. This credit union seems to love making money off fees so I'll be closing the account and going to another credit union
