This Verizon has the shortest wait times of most places locally however it has a lack of items available so it's disappointing when you buy expensive products and can't find the exact ones you want

This Verizon location has horrible customer service. My son and I went in since it's my local Verizon store, looking to add a new line and phone for my son. Stepped in the store, no one greeted us. Ok, they were all busy with a customer, so we waited and waited and waited. I was trying to give the staff the benefit of the doubt but no, they're just rude. Again, no greeting when we entered, no one asked us to wait while someone was available, no one apologized for making us wait. If I could give this location no stars I would cause this wasn't the first time this location has been rude, but that is the last time I will step into this store.

Was in tonight to slove some transfer issues with my son's phone and set up a new line on my account. The store manager, Madison, was beyond helpful and polite. Any store can sell a phone and service, it's the employees that make the difference. Thanks again Madison!!
