        Store representative Reyna was so helpful and knowledgeable about every plan available and knowledgeable about the phones. The best part she was patient with me. I wasn't feeling well and she made me feel happy! She also offered me a snack. I might have been a little hangry. By the time I left I had a new phone, case , screen protector and she even activated my phone to make sure it was activated. Thank you so much Reyna for making my experience with Metro a pleasant experience. See you soon, CJC
