        If I could, I would give this location a 0 stars. I went in to transfer my number to another phone and they charged me 40$ instead of the 28$ fee. I reached out to another location and was told this location is known for adding additional fees and committing fraudulent transactions.

        My wife and I went here to get our daughters iPhone 11 activated as we were having problems with an E-Sim. Darlena was able to get our phone activated after some time and addressed my concern as I was there. she even acknowledged the money i put in the first time I paid for an E-Sim and decided to do the right thing and not charge me a second time. She installed a new physical sim card for no charge. It is working wonderful now.
