        Unfortunately PNC purchased my loan from Security National Bank which was amazing and I have no choice and am stuck with them. I have two mortgages and have been locked out of my account twice with no way to get access after hours. They cancelled my automatic payments and charged me late fees. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

        Do NOT bank here. Back when it was BBVA, it was wonderful. More they nickle and some you for everything. The people are downright rude and have no idea what they're doing. I absolutely hate this bank and as soon as I can, I'm going back to Chase. Screw these people.

        I was told that they would not take a bill because it was ripped in half, the man even put me on hold for a total of three seconds to check with The lead operations specialist, but they would not take it. However I took it to another bank and had it cashed in no problem. Obviously he just didnt want to put in the work that it took to have the bill sent to the IRS. I currently bank with PNC, but that will soon change.
