        Don't waste your time using the ATM at this location it doesn't work half the time.

        CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSHad an appointment after waiting over a month. Someone called to cancel that meeting and  promised a phone call back asap to reschedule. He never called. It's been 10 days. When you call the bank you can't ever reach a live person. I have been trying to get a resolution for over 3 months now. Use a different bank!

        This branch is a dump!  Do yourself a favor and pass this branch by and go to the one on Tatum.  Despite being private client, they had no time for me and the only one making decisions about who gets to see a banker is the security guard.  Staff is less than helpful.  Their ratings are low for a reason, they earned them.If you are a manager of this dump you should be ashamed

        They had a sign up last week said open till 2 on Saturday get there today and now they are closed again please stop changing the time if you can not be open on Saturday that is fine just keep it that way
