Understaffed. No system of managing customers. I had to wonder around for 15 mins cluelessly before leaving the branch. Total waste of my time.

Place is heavily understaffed so expect to wait for a while. Staff is very friendly so it makes up for the long waits. Never had an issue with them or with any banking

This place does have staffing shortage but makes up with courteous staff.. I went for a wire transfer on Friday afternoon at 2.30 pm.. Was told no staff present to help but I can make appointment for monday.. I requested them to make an appointment and told them I will try central ave branch next, in case my work gets done there then I won't show on monday.. I got my work done in central ave branch and dint keep my Monday appointment..
Staff was willing to listen to everything I said and help while I solutions a quick way to get my work done, willing to keep a backup appointment for me, it was Nick..
