        Im sitting there for over 20 minutes to talk to a banker and nobody look at my face or acknowledge my presence like I was invisible and the bank isnt busy at all very rude and lack of respect towards the clients

        Well, they didn't care about me when I was a customer over a decade ago and they definitely don't care about people that are not current customers. I couldn't even exchange out large bills for small bills. So unhelpful, and always have been!

        I just called this branch to ask for the interest rates on a Money Market and 1 year jumbo CD for a large amount of money. They told me I was required to make an appointment or go look for it myself online. Is that how you deal with people? I am disgusted. You just lost out.

        Just two tellers on a Friday, drive up service closed and a banker using one of the teller's machine to make transactions for his clients...no bueno!
