        went in because I wanted help making a transfer to an my external savings account and they basically told me to do it online try using zelle a transfer of 10k or more. Couldnt even tell me if theres a transaction limit.

        No tells, no help, slow ATMs, limited options on ATMs. Not worth the drive. It's a digital bank. Same as just using the app.

        Omg I feel so embarrassed I just went to cash a check with two forms of ID from chase in my work cloths and I do construction and I was told they didnt have fund to cash a $668 check I mean you obviously have funds you are a major bank in Phoenix so whats the issue the way I look so you guys get to choose you help and who you dont based and what?????
