Best local bank in Scottsdsle. When you call you get a live person and they return calls promptly. They know me by name and greet you every time when you enter the branch. Refreshing in these days where most banks ignore you.

We keep trying to give this branch an opportunity to get it right after our branch on Pima was closed, and they fail miserably. The customer service is horrible. It took us 30 minutes to get a cashiers check and then they put a hold on it. Tried again a month later with a quicker response time on getting the cashiers check, but after a two hour drive to deliver the check noticed the teller didn't sign it. It baffles me why this branch has not closed as well. We're done. Moving to Chase Bank after 40 years of being with National Bank.
